I thought of the times so long ago
When I would just call, and off we'd go

Places and people we were anxious to see
Discovering new worlds, just you and me

Vowing to one another always best friends
Our friendship would grow and never end

Time it seems has made our lives drift apart
But always and forever you are in my heart

Soon I hope the time comes again
When to you I can say .… Welcome Home Friend
