I watch people rushing here and there
They Never take time to say a prayer

Looking troubled with many cares
They don’t have time to say a prayer

They rush in the banks and into the stores
Do they really know that God does care,

With barely a smile and barely a stare.
Have they taken the time to say a prayer

I often wonder, on their merry way
Have they taken the time to stop and pray?

God is watching as we rush through our day
Have we taken the time to stop and Pray?

God would help us through our day
If only we would stop and pray!
