I went to
the seashore, as I so often do
It is there
when I feel closest to you
Letting my
love for you drift out to sea
Hoping a
wave will bring love back to me
Strong, powerful
crashing the shore
With each
wave you would love me more
Sometimes
she roars as if to say
Be patient
for love will find you some day
The salt
of my tears, each time I weep
Has made
the Sea of Love so very deep
The sun has
set, I saw the glow
Reflecting
my love for you I know
The moon
and stars continue to shine
