Eagle Tear
If a picture paints a thousand words
The lone tear of the eagle says
much more
It says for all proud Americans
This tragedy we will overcome and
endure
The tear of sorrow so quiet
But heard around the world
Our flag still waves proudly
Through chaos still unfurled
We are a nation strong
United we shall remain
We know in our heart
Freedom will always reign
Our deepest sympathies
Go out to all in harms way
Rejoice in knowing
Justice is but a day away
Join hands and sing out loud
God Bless America
And take a silent moment
For all mankind and pray
