A reporter was interviewing a 104 year old woman.
"And
what do
you think is the best thing about being 104?" the
reporter
asked. "No peer pressure" she responded.
A husband stepped on one of those penny scales
that tell a
person's fortune and weight. "Listen to this," he
said to
his wife, showing her a small, white card. "It
says I'm
energetic, bright, and resourceful." "Yeah," his wife
nodded, "and it has your weight wrong, too."
An elderly couple, straight off the farm, were
visiting New
York's fashion district. The man couldn't help looking
at
the models in their short skirts and revealing blouses.
His
wife said, "Henry -- one would think you never saw
a woman's
legs or breasts before." "Odd ..." he replied. "I
was just
thinking the exact same thing myself."
