Darkness falls
While sparks ignite the skies,
Far too distant,
Yet stolen at a moments glance.
Gazed upon since mankind's breath,
Once taken as gods on high.
Were it not for their magnificence,
Their mystery and magic still be unknown.
Embrace them with a child's innocence,
As they whisper to your eyes.
And set your sights to all that is glorious,
In my realm, the realm of night.
